Permanent Applicant Placement

Fee payable to Agency within 7 days of date invoice.
Temporary Applicant Placement
The booking of Temporary Staff by a Client shall be payable to the Agency at the following rate:

Scale of fee increments for Temporary Nannies and Mothers help:
| From week 1-4 | £80 per week |
| From week 5-8 | £70 per week |
| From week 9-12 | £60 per week |
| From week 13-16 | £50 per week |
VAT is not charged.
The Booking Service fee is payable to the Agency within 7 days of invoice failing which, £10 will be added to the fee every week or part thereof until payment is received.
If the Client requires temporary Staff to work abroad during the period of employment there are no additional Agency fee’s but fees must be settled before the Applicant is due to travel.
Refund Policy
The Agency considers 6-weeks as a suitable period of time to make an informed decision whether the contract of employment should proceed past the induction period.
It is the Clients decision if they choose to incorporate a longer or shorter induction period in the Contract between the Client and the Applicant. The Agency’s refund policy operates on a 6-week induction period only.
If during the first 6-weeks of employment you feel the nanny does not satisfy your requirements and you have abided by the terms of business detailed in sections 10 and 11, we will, whenever possible, offer a free replacement to you within 2 weeks or whenever not possible a refund will be given to the Client in accordance to the Agency refund policy.

Termination of Temporary Employment
In the case of temporary positions the relevant fee is based on the number of weeks initially requested. No refund or reduction from the Agency's current rate will be given if the number of weeks is subsequently reduced.
Maternity Nurse clause
If a maternity assignment is cancelled within 4 weeks of its scheduled commencement and the Maternity Nurse has been accepted for the job, the Client will be responsible for the Maternity Nurse’s gross wages for 1 week, and a £100 fee is payable to the Agency.
