In the course of the interview we will ascertain the nanny's experience, discuss the type of post they are seeking and the qualities they bring to a prospective family. We will take photocopies of original documents and discuss our terms of business. We will take a photograph of each individual nanny. The photograph will be sent to the supplied references to verify her identity.
During the interviewing process, we will ask all our nannies to complete a multiple-choice questionnaire. The detailed interviewing process and questionnaire will enable us to place our nannies with a family not only for her qualifications, experience and skills but also on a personal level too.
We ideally would like to conduct the Consultation in your home, as it is an opportunity for us to visit the work environment into which we are looking to place a nanny. If you require a live-in nanny, it is advantageous for us to take a photograph of the nanny's living area. A photograph is optional and will only be taken with your agreement. It is also beneficial to meet children within their home environment whenever possible.
