It is ideal for us to conduct the family consultations in the family home. It is an opportunity to visit the work environment in which we are looking to place our nannies. For Live-in positions, we ask parents consent for us to take a photograph of the nanny's living area. If the parent agrees, we can provide you with more detail of the living accommodation that comes with the position. We always try to meet the child/children who are going to being cared for when we carry out the family consultation. This is helpful in enabling us to match you according to the child/children's needs.
