We aim to provide a customised service. All of our nannies meet essential criteria of government standards but we also aim for the personal touch.
Post-Placement Support
During the first 6-weeks Bluebell Nannies will offer a post-placement support service. This includes:
- At 2 weeks, we will visit the nanny and the family to offer individual support and advice, mediate any difficulties or worries that either the employer or employee maybe having.
- At 4 weeks, we will make telephone contact (an optional home visit is offered if preferred).
- At 6 weeks, the employer and employee carry out an appraisal. The nanny will continue to be employed as a permanent employee.
We consider 6-weeks as a suitable period of time to make an informed decision whether the contract of employment should proceed as permanent.
If during the first 6-weeks of employment you feel the nanny does not satisfy your requirements, we will, whenever possible, offer a free replacement or whenever not possible a refund.
Social Butterfly
Social butterfly is an information service provided by Bluebell Nannies. Families and nannies can access information on local play and learning activities in areas of West London.
Through Social Butterfly we organise events for children during the day and evenings out for nannies and parents.
